The Subscription option in the Account menu is only visible to Master users and Administrators. You can see at a glance your subscription status and expiry date.
- Your EasyVend Customer Number can be used when contacting the JealTech support team for any assistance.
- The EasyVend subscription expiry date is displayed and will be renewed automatically on a monthly basis, based on a the sliding scale for your usage.
- At the end of each monthly subscription period, EasyVend will attempt to debit your credit card or bank account for the Subscription Fee.
- If the transaction is declined for whatever reason, EasyVend will attempt another debit on the following day and a further 6 days after. At the end of seventh attempt you will need to contact JealTech to continue your usage of EasyVend.
- A message will be displayed on the EasyVend Dashboard if payments are declined. If you see this message please:
- Ensure your credit card or bank account is cleared for the subscription fee, or
- Enter new credit card details/Bank Details in "Update Direct Debit Details".

Cancel Subscription
If you no longer require the EasyVend service you can cancel your subscription. EasyVend is Software as a Service (SAAS) and by cancelling your subscription you will not be able to access your EasyVend data after your subscription expiry date. We recommend that, before cancelling your subscription, you ensure you have printed all records that might be required for your accountant and personal records.
