Company Details

The Company Details option in the Account menu allows you to view and update information about your company. These details are displayed on numerous documents generated in EasyVend such as invoices, dockets and reports.

  • Vendor Number: this is your account number with EasyVend
  • Company Name: the name that will appear at the top of your invoices/dockets etc.
  • Email: an email address that is visible to your customers on paperwork issued from EasyVend
  • Phone: the phone number that appears on the invoices/dockets. You are able to add names next to phone numbers in this field. This field is restricted to 50 characters
  • Secret Key: your unique identifier to allow data syncing from Desktop EasyVend to EasyVend Web
  • ABN/GST: your company number, ABN or GST number; this will appear on documentation generated in EasyVend
  • Distributor Code: your Vendor Account Number with your standard Supplier
  • Contact: the name of the contact person in your company
  • Fax: enter a fax number, this will appear on documentation generated in EasyVend
  • Address: Enter the street address, this will appear on documentation generated in EasyVend
  • City: Enter the City, this will appear on documentation generated in EasyVend
  • State: Enter the state, this will appear on documentation generated in EasyVend
  • Postcode: Enter the postcode, this will appear on documentation generated in EasyVend
  • Website: If you have a website, you can enter the address here to print it on your Invoices and Dockets; if you don’t have a website this can remain blank
