Shopify Integration
When a new order is created in your Shopify shop, it will be imported into EasyVend in real time.
-
You can also manually import orders if the real-time import fails
-
The import process will only create new orders
-
It will not update existing orders in EasyVend
Customer
-
Customer Matching: EasyVend matches customers by External ID first, then by customer name and email
-
If a customer is found, the existing customer record will be updated
-
If a customer is not found, a new customer record will be created
Product
-
Product Matching: EasyVend matches products by Product Code in EasyVend and SKU in Shopify first, then by product name
-
If a product is not found, a new product will be created
-
If a product is found, EasyVend will use that product, but it will not update the existing product
