The Lookup Entity option in the Settings menu is used for managing lookup lists for specific fields in EasyVend.
Currently the only lookup list that is managed here is the Asset Type list for Rental Asset Management.
To add a new lookup value:
- Click Create New
- Enter the value
- Mark whether it should be inactive or not
- Click the Save icon button to the right of the screen
You can also edit existing lookup values by clicking the Pencil/Edit icon button to the right of the lookup value.
Lookup values that are marked as inactive will not appear in the relevant drop down lists for selection.
