Two-Factor Authentication: Option to Enable or Disable Timed One-Time Password Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) for your User

Timed One-Time Password 2FA does not replace your existing password, it simply adds an extra layer of security by requiring a 6-digit code generated on your mobile phone whenever you log in to EasyVend Web in addition to your standard username and password.

If you wish to use 2FA on your User, we recommend using the Google Authenticator App for your phone:

i
Phone: Google Authenticator

    • Click the Enable 2 FA link
    • Follow the steps provided on screen to add your account to Google Authenticator
    • Enter a One-Time code from your phone into the field provided
    • Click Submit
  • To Disable 2FA
    • Click the Disable 2 FA link
    • A popup will appear and you will be emailed a One-Time code to the email address associated with the User
    • Enter the One-Time code from your email
