The Non Standard Orders option in the Orders menu allows you update customers' Standard Orders when new products are added to a customer order. You can quickly:
- Find products in customer orders that are not in the customer's Standard Order
- Optionally adjust the product pricing that applies for that customer
- Add the product and adjusted pricing to the customer's Standard Order, and
- Update the price in the customer's order (if the price has been adjusted and the order has an Order Status of Ordered or Confirmed)
Searching for ordered products not in customers' Standard Orders
- Select Non Standard Orders from the Orders menu
- The screen will display with your Working Date as the Order Date
- To choose a different date to search (for example, if you have entered customer orders for tomorrow with new products added to the orders):
- Order Date: Select the delivery date of the orders you wish to search
- Click Search
All customer orders for the selected date are searched. The search will return a list of non-standard products - products that are in a customer's order for the selected date but not in the customer's Standard Order.

- The new Standard Order item will have an Order Type of Standard and a quantity of zero for each day
- If required, click on the customer name in the Non Standard Order list to open the customer record in a new tab; you can then update the Order Type and daily standard order quantities for the product in the customer's Standard Order tab
